Please create your student account in Ellii.

– Click the above link
– Enter the Invitation Code (above) when asked
– Continue through each screen to create your student account
Note: Please save the password you create in a safe place.
You WILL need it to login in to Ellii in the future.
What’s on Ellii?
Most of the grammar lessons for the course are on this website. You will sign up for a student account. With the student account, you’ll be able to login at will at ellii.com, view all grammar lessons for the cycle and browse through/practice with each individual assignment for each lesson.

– Enter your email and name when asked
– Follow any additional instructions when prompted
– You’ll be enrolled in the course upon completion
– At the top-right of the screen, click “Go to Course”
– You should see the Course Modules
– If you don’t, please click Modules from the left side bar menu

2 Classes per week. 2 hours per class.

Activity in Native-Speaking Environment (1x/week)
> Event in native-speaking environment.
> Each student is required to choose an event, activity, organization, professional role to participate in at least once a week.
> The activity should be something that requires a large amount of speaking, listening, communicating, engaging with native and Advanced English speakers.
> Students do not have to start class with an activity already chosen. Course Instructors are happy to help students find something that’s a good fit.
> The activity should be reviewed and approved by the course instructor simply to ensure it centers around verbal exchanges and includes native and advanced English speakers.
These are the two primary requirements for the activity.
Zoom Class Join Link
The Zoom Class Join Link will be posted in our Class WhatsApp group long before the start of the first class. We will use the same Zoom class join link every class for the full cycle.

The Password to the Zoom page will be placed in the Class WhatsApp group.
Class WhatsApp Group
Once a student enrolls in the course, they are added to our Class WhatsApp Group.
What’s the purpose of the Class WhatsApp Group?
The WhatsApp group is a space for the class to practice engaging in authentic and spontaneous conversations in English, post any questions or concerns, and receive important and timely information concerning the class.
The Instructor will often post homework assignments or ask students to leave audio recordings responding to a class/homework assignment.
**Please be sure to maintain classroom etiquette when posting audios or comments in the Class WhatsApp group and treat all members with the same respect you would like to be treated with.
