My name is Fadima Mohamed N’DIAYE, I am a Trainer for a NGO in Mali that focuses on training Mali youth in career development and entrepreneurship.
I am also a business coach, association president and seed consultant.
To effectively wear all of these hats and function effectively in my professional life across these many roles, it’s important that I continue to educate myself within my field. Most professional and training documents in my industry are in English. Additionally, many of my coworkers and business partners are English speakers. I’ve pursued English studies to confidently manage my professional relationships and also fully exploit all the knowledge that is available in English.
